These terms apply to any order placed on the L’Avent Secret website with the seller identified in section 12. By ordering, you accept them.
A personalized digital Advent calendar: 24 doors to open one per day, from December 1 to 24, from 9 am in your partner’s time zone, on a phone, tablet or computer. It is built from the photos, videos, texts and answers you provide in the personalization form. Nothing is shipped: you receive a private link.
The price is US$29 for any order placed up to and including November 15, 2026, then US$35. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price displayed when you order is the one that applies.
Payment is made once, online, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, through our secure payment provider Stripe. L’Avent Secret never has access to your card details.
After payment, you reach the personalization form; its link is also emailed to you. Work on your calendar starts once the form is complete.
You remain responsible for what you send. You confirm that:
We may refuse content that breaks these rules. In that case we let you know and you can replace it.
Your calendar is delivered within 72 hours of receiving the completed form. For it to be ready on December 1, order and complete the form by November 28, 2026. Later orders are still possible, even after December 1: the calendar is then delivered a little later, and the doors for past days all open at once.
Before final delivery, you receive a full preview of the calendar, protected by a password, to check everything. You can request corrections by email. After delivery, we also fix reported mistakes; the link does not change.
You can get a full refund if you ask within 48 hours of your order, with no reason needed, by emailing laventsecret@gmail.com with your order number. The refund is made to the payment method used, within 14 days.
The calendar is digital content made to your specifications and personalized for you. Under French law, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal therefore does not apply (article L221-28, 3° and 13°, of the French Consumer Code). By confirming your order, you ask for work to start straight away and acknowledge that you waive this right. The 48-hour refund guarantee above applies in addition. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
The calendar is available through its private link from December 1 until January 1 following your calendar (for example, for a December 2026 calendar: until January 1, 2027 inclusive). It is then deleted, together with its photos and videos: remember to download them before, with the “Download” button on each photo. Keep the link between you and your partner: anyone who has it can open it.
The calendar works on recent browsers, with an internet connection. Some doors use external services, such as the Spotify player in the playlist, which we do not control. We are not responsible for use of the link by someone you shared it with.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
